This policy explains what Faceless First Commission ("we", "us") collects on facelessfirstcommission.com and in our emails, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you request the free guide, we collect your first name and email address, the date and time you signed up, and the technical data our email platform records, such as your IP address and whether you open or click our emails.
If you buy one of our products, Gumroad handles the payment. We never see your card details. Gumroad shares your name and email address with us so we can deliver the product and handle refunds.
If you comment on or message one of our Instagram accounts, our auto-reply tool receives your Instagram username and that message so it can answer you.
How we use it
- To send you the guide you asked for.
- To send the emails described on the sign-up page: one short tip a day, plus occasional offers.
- To deliver the products you buy and answer your messages.
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you stop receiving our emails.
Who processes it
Hostinger hosts this site. GetResponse stores our email list and sends our emails. Gumroad processes payments for our products. ManyChat sends the automatic replies on our Instagram accounts. We keep a private Google Sheet that lists subscribers and buyers (first name, email address, the link code you arrived through and what you bought), so each person gets the right emails; Google processes it. Emails you send to help@facelessfirstcommission.com are forwarded to our Gmail inbox, so Google also processes them. Each of these services handles your data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Cookies and links
This site and the tools above may set cookies that the pages need to work and that measure visits. When you arrive through one of our links, the page also saves that link's campaign code in your browser's local storage and passes it to Gumroad if you buy, so we know which post or email brought you. The code holds no personal details. Links to other sites lead to sites with their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you straight away and keep only what we need to respect that choice. If you ask us to delete your details, we delete them within 30 days, except purchase records that we must keep by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. If you live in the UK or the EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

This site and our products are meant for adults aged 18 and over.
