Our products
Products we sell ourselves, such as The Faceless Playbook, are delivered by Gumroad. One-time purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee: reply to your receipt email within 30 days of purchase and you get a full refund. They are licensed for your personal use and may not be resold, shared or redistributed, unless you bought the Resell Rights add-on, whose license sets out what you may sell and where.
Memberships
Memberships, such as The Faceless Content Club, are billed monthly or yearly through Gumroad until you cancel. Your first membership payment comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: reply to your Gumroad receipt email within 30 days and you get a full refund, no questions asked. On a yearly plan, you can get a full refund within the first 30 days. Later monthly renewal payments are not refundable. You can cancel any time in one click in your Gumroad account; you won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Files you downloaded while a member stay yours for your personal use, under the same license as our other products. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faceless First Commission is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this site, the free guide, our products or our emails.
