Refund Policy

Our one-time products, your first Content Club payment and each yearly Club renewal come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Here is exactly how it works for each kind of purchase.

One-time purchases

This covers all our one-time digital products, including The Faceless Playbook, the Template Pack, the Email Swipe Vault, our kits, the Everything Bundle and one-time add-ons.

  • Ask within 30 days of purchase and you get a full refund.
  • No reason, setup screenshots or proof required.
  • If your order came with a bonus, you keep the bonus files you downloaded.
  • Pre-orders, such as our course: the 30 days start on the day the product is delivered to you, not the day you paid.

The Faceless Content Club (membership)

  • First payment, monthly or yearly: ask within 30 days of that payment and you get a full refund, no questions asked and no proof needed.
  • Yearly renewals: ask within 30 days of each yearly renewal payment and you get a full refund for that year.
  • Later monthly renewals aren't refundable, except where the law requires it.
  • Cancelling: You can cancel future renewals at any time from the membership page in your Gumroad Library (or the link in your receipt). Cancelling stops future charges. If you cancel without a refund, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. A refund also cancels the membership: you won't be charged again, access ends, and files you already downloaded stay yours for personal use.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Find the Gumroad receipt email for your order (search your inbox for "Gumroad").
  2. Reply to it with the word "refund", or email help@facelessfirstcommission.com from the address you bought with. Either way counts.
  3. We issue the refund through Gumroad, back to the card or account you paid with. For a Content Club refund, we also cancel your membership, so no further payments are taken. Your bank or card company decides how long it takes to show.

Products sold by other companies

Tools and products we link to, such as Canva, are sold by those companies under their own refund policies. Check those before you buy.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live. See also our Terms.
